A. Duplicate Payment

If your account is charged more than once due to a technical error:

After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

B. Payment Deducted but Ticket Not Issued

After verification, the amount will be refunded or the ticket will be reissued (subject to availability).

4. No Refund Will Be Issued in the Following Cases

• Visitor unable to attend due to personal reasons
• Late arrival, traffic, or delays caused by the visitor
• Denied entry due to violation of event rules or misconduct
• SMS/email not received due to network issues
• Change of mind after booking
• Event/tour timing or venue change (unless organizer approves refund)
• Failure to produce valid ID proof when required

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
